For a position available now, we install your panel within 14 days of artwork approval. Your Golf Pass is available after payment while we prepare your panel.

Pre-sponsoring a currently sponsored position?

The current sponsor has given notice. Their panel stays until the date shown on the selector. You pay nothing today; payment, your panel, term and Golf Pass begin on the confirmed start date. If you choose positions with different dates, the whole selection starts on the latest date.

What does £5 a week actually cover?

The panel, the artwork design, the proof, the manufacture, the installation and the maintenance for as long as you hold the hole. No set-up fee and no separate design charge. It is billed monthly from £21.67 + VAT.

I don't have a logo or any artwork.

That's the normal case. Give us your website address and we design the panel for you. You'll see a PDF proof of your panel in position on the marker before anything is manufactured.

Can I take more than one hole?

Yes, and it gets cheaper: 10% off the second hole, 15% off the third, 20% off the fourth and any beyond it. The discount is spread evenly across every hole in your order rather than loaded onto the last one, so each hole costs the same.

What happens after I pay?

The hole comes off the market the moment you check out. Within 2 days our design team creates your panel from your website or logo and emails you a PDF proof - nothing is manufactured until you approve it, and you can ask for changes. About 2 weeks later the panel is made and fitted at the club, and you get a photograph of it in place on the tee. Your Sponsor Golf Pass is added to your phone’s wallet straight away.

How long am I tied in for?

It's a 12-month term that rolls. We write to you 45 days before each renewal with the price for the next twelve months and a direct way to decline. If you want to stop, tell us at least 30 days before that date. Otherwise it simply continues - most sponsors keep their hole for years.

Someone's already on the hole I want.

Then it's occupied until their term ends. Tell us which hole and we'll let you know when it comes up. Holes at a course rarely come free all at once, and the good ones go to whoever asked first.

What if something goes wrong mid-term?

12-month agreement, renewing annually. Give us at least 30 days’ notice before renewal to end it. The price is fixed for the current term and any renewal price is given in the 45-day notice. For new signage, nothing is charged until installation; if installation is more than 120 days later than the expected date first shown, you can cancel without charge before it is installed. If a course or sign becomes permanently unavailable, we offer a replacement, extend the display period or provide a pro-rata refund. Contract wording here is indicative - the signed agreement governs.

What does the club get out of it?

We install a full set of new tee signage at no cost to the club - not the signs, the fitting, the artwork or the upkeep - and the club takes a share of every sponsorship on it. That is why your panel is welcome rather than tolerated, and the club has the final say on every business that appears on its course.

Why is a hole showing as held?

Somebody is in the middle of taking it. Holes are held for 30 minutes during checkout so two people can't buy the same one. If they don't finish, it comes back automatically.
