This explains how we use information when you browse the site, enquire about the programme, join a waiting list or sponsor a sign.
Who we are
JBMedia Hub Limited, trading as JB Golf Group. Registered in England, company number 15411533. Registered office: 49 Whitegate Drive, Blackpool, FY3 9DG. Our United States business is JBMedia Hub LLC. The business handling your enquiry or agreement is responsible for your information.

What we collect and why
| Enquiries and contact choices | Your name, club or business, email, phone number, questions, preferred sign and requested contact method. We use these to answer your request and arrange the next step. This may involve steps towards a contract or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Requested availability alerts and optional contact channels are recorded with your request. |

Forms and waiting lists
Clicking “Register interest” on the quick club form saves the details you submit, even if you do not complete the longer form. Adding further details in the same visit updates that enquiry. Simply typing in the quick form does not submit it.
The wording beside each form explains the reply or availability alert you are requesting. An optional checkbox lets you request an additional contact method. This does not give us permission to send unrelated marketing. Availability emails include an unsubscribe link; you can also ask us to stop contacting you by email or phone.
Payments, previews and maps
We use the approximate country and location supplied by our hosting provider from your IP address to choose the UK or US website version. Outside those countries, we choose the geographically nearer version where location information is available. You can change the region using the UK/USA switch; we remember that choice for one year. This does not request your device’s precise location.
Your full card number and security code go directly to Stripe through its payment form. We receive payment references, status and limited card information, such as the brand and last four digits, to administer your sponsorship.
The business name, strapline and logo you try in the sign preview are used in your browser. Information passed into checkout is used to prepare your order; checkout can save contact details before payment so we can help with an unfinished order.
The course finder uses your location when you choose to share it, or the location you enter, to find nearby courses. Search queries are processed by our geocoding services. Map tiles are supplied by OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address and the map area requested. These services are used to provide the map and location search you request.
Who processes information for us
- Airtable and Neon store and help us manage enquiries, sponsorships and operational records.
- Vercel hosts the website. Sentry provides technical error monitoring. Optional website analytics uses PostHog and Vercel Analytics.
- Stripe processes payments, saved payment methods, subscriptions and related billing information under its own privacy terms.
- Resend, Saleshandy and our email providers deliver and manage correspondence. Email systems can record delivery, bounces, replies, opens and link activity.
- Document and file services, including Google Drive and PDF.co where used, help us store artwork and create agreements or other sponsorship documents.
- Your golf club receives the business, sign and artwork information needed to approve and run the sponsorship, and information needed to verify golf benefits.
- Print and installation suppliers receive the artwork and location details needed to produce and fit signs. Our professional advisers receive information needed for accounting, legal and administrative work.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not provide your contact details for another organisation’s unrelated marketing.
Some service providers operate internationally and may process information outside the UK, including in the EU and United States. Contact us for details of the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your information.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose of the record: administering an active enquiry or sponsorship, providing renewals and artwork, meeting accounting obligations, or keeping evidence needed for a dispute. Contract and payment records may need to be retained after a sponsorship ends. We also keep limited suppression records so we can honour requests not to be contacted.
Unsubscribing stops the relevant messages; it does not automatically delete payment or contract records. To ask what we still hold, how long it is needed or to request deletion, use the contact details above. We will explain any information we must retain.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential storage supports website functions and remembers your privacy choice for up to 180 days. Stripe may use storage and technical information needed to provide payment services and prevent fraud.
Optional analytics stays off until you choose “Allow analytics”. PostHog uses cookies or browser storage to understand visits; Vercel Analytics records page usage. Session replay is disabled. Optional analytics excludes checkout and other private account pages, and query strings are removed from the page addresses we send.
You can choose “Essential only” and continue using the site, or change your preference at any time: .
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for optional processing. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
Email golf@jbmediahub.co.uk with your request. We may need to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month and will explain if an extension or an exception applies.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
United States customers
US sponsorships are handled by JBMedia Hub LLC. The practices described above also apply to US enquiries and sponsorships. Depending on your state and the applicable law, you may have additional rights to access, correct or delete personal information. Contact us to exercise those rights.
Changes to this policy
We update the date and version when this policy changes and provide any further notice required for a material change.
