What does £6 a week actually cover?
The A2 board, the artwork design, the proof, the manufacture, the fitting and board replacements under your agreement. No set-up fee and no separate design charge. It’s billed monthly from £26 + VAT.
I don’t have a logo or any artwork.
That’s the normal case. Give us your website address and our design team creates the board for you. You’ll see a proof of your board in the bay before anything is made.
Can I take more than one bay?
Yes, and it gets cheaper: 10% off the second bay, 15% off the third, and 20% off the fourth and any beyond it. The discount is spread across every bay in your order, so the click order never changes what you pay.
What happens after I pay?
The bay comes off the market the moment you check out, and your Sponsor Golf Pass is ready as soon as your first payment clears. Our design team creates your A2 board and sends you a proof within ten business days of receiving your logo, wording and images, with up to three rounds of changes. Nothing is made until you approve it. Your board is fitted within 30 days after your sponsorship starts or you approve the final artwork, whichever is later, and we send you a photo of it in place in your bay.
How long am I tied in for?
It’s a 12-month rolling agreement. If the price is unchanged it simply continues. If it is going up, we write to you at least 45 days before the renewal date with the new price and a direct way to decline. If you want to stop, tell us at least 30 days before the renewal date. Most sponsors keep their bay for years.
How does the Golf Pass work?
200 range balls a month at Tee Time for every bay you sponsor. Collect them at the desk and show your pass. Not valid on Saturdays. Unused balls don’t carry over to the next month.
Someone’s already in the bay I want.
Then it’s taken until their term ends. Join the waiting list for that bay and, if it becomes available, you get 48 hours’ priority to take it before it’s offered to anyone else.
What if something goes wrong mid-term?
The price is fixed for the current term, and any increase at renewal is given at least 45 days ahead. If a course or sign becomes permanently unavailable, we offer an equivalent sign at another course or a pro-rata refund. Contract wording here is indicative; the signed agreement governs.
What does Tee Time get out of it?
We supply and fit the bay boards at no cost to Tee Time (the boards, the fitting, the artwork and the upkeep), and Tee Time takes a share of every sponsorship. That’s why your board is welcome rather than tolerated, and Tee Time reviews every business before it appears in its bays.
