What does £9 a week actually cover?
The panel, the artwork design, the proof, the manufacture, the installation and sponsor panel replacements under your agreement. No set-up fee and no separate design charge. It’s billed monthly from £39 + VAT.
I don’t have a logo or any artwork.
That’s the normal case. Give us your website address and our design team creates the panel for you. You’ll see a proof of your panel on the sign before anything is made.
Can I take more than one hole?
Yes, and it gets cheaper: 10% off the second hole, 15% off the third, and 20% off the fourth and any beyond it. The discount is spread across every hole in your order, so the click order never changes what you pay. Holes on any of Whittlebury Park’s courses count towards it, in one checkout.
What happens after I reserve?
Your hole is reserved the moment you check out, and nothing is charged until the new signs are installed at Whittlebury Park. Our design team creates your sponsor panel and sends you a proof, with up to three rounds of changes. Nothing is made until you approve it. Your first payment, your 12-month term and your Sponsor Golf Pass all start on installation day.
When are the new signs going in?
The new signs for Whittlebury Park are in production. We confirm the installation date with you as soon as it’s booked, and your sponsorship starts that day.
What if the installation date moves?
Nothing is charged until the signs are actually in, so a later date never means paying early. We keep you posted, and your sponsor panel still goes up with the new signs.
When does my Golf Pass start?
On installation day, together with your first payment and your 12-month term. From then it’s 4 rounds a month on the course.
How long am I tied in for?
It’s a 12-month rolling agreement. If the price is unchanged it simply continues. If it is going up, we write to you at least 45 days before the renewal date with the new price and a direct way to decline. If you want to stop, tell us at least 30 days before the renewal date. Most sponsors keep their hole for years.
How does the Golf Pass work?
4 rounds a month on your hole’s course, played as 1 × four-ball or 2 × two-balls. Book through the pro shop and show your pass. Not valid on Saturdays, and unused rounds don’t carry over to the next month.
Someone’s already on the hole I want.
Then it’s taken until their term ends. Join the waiting list for that hole and, if it becomes available, you get 48 hours’ priority to take it before it’s offered to anyone else.
What if something goes wrong mid-term?
The price is fixed for the current term, and any increase at renewal is given at least 45 days ahead. If a course or sign becomes permanently unavailable, we offer an equivalent sign at another course or a pro-rata refund. Contract wording here is indicative; the signed agreement governs.
What does the club get out of it?
We install a full set of new tee signs at no cost to the club (the signs, the fitting, the artwork and the upkeep), and the club takes a share of every sponsorship on them. That’s why your panel is welcome rather than tolerated, and the club reviews every business before it appears on its course.
